i have had this problem of pms over a long period of time which it has got worse.
i tend to have binge drinking sessions 3 days before my period is due.
i go off the rails and do stupid things. i have explained my stupidity to people and they seem to think that its an excuse for me to drink.
i wish my body wouldnt be affected in this way with alcohol.
