I am 35 suffer from Bruxism,I wondering if re is any vitamins or drug can be used to calm it down any? I wear a mouth piece helps my teeth dos'nt help pain in my jaw or stop headaches ringing in my ears.If could give me some suggestions on matter I would appreciate it very much. thank .

Some medicines are used for short term therapy. There has been some small reports of antidepressants being of help.
