Bruxism

My 4 year old son has bruxism. Is bruxism shown in children pinworms only, or re or reasons children grind ir teeth in thier sleep? I read sometimes it's due to stress, my son does not show any signs of stress. I also read it can be caused if y dehydrated. Should I take my son to his pediatrition or to his dentist? Thank , MLA

Pinworms is not the cause. It just happens. I would recommend you see his dentist.
