Bruxism

My 5 year old daughter grinds her teeth on a nightly basis. Recently she started a new thing. She seems to be swallowing as she does . It almost sounds like a ceful swallow. It is scary to listen to. It almost sounds like she is going to choke. Does go along teeth grinding, or is something different?

I haven't seen that but I think it could go along with the bruxism. Especially if it occuring at the same time.
