I have a friend who was given something called Alprazalom .25mg to relax her muscles. She said that it is actually for anti-panic. I was wondering if there was an herbal supplement to relax the muscles in the same way in my poor sore head.

I am not aware of any that have been tried in this condition. If you are suffering I would recommend speaking to your sleep specialist.
