Re: Causes, Signs and SymptomsOkay, i have just recently foung out about dsps and am wondering if i could have it. I for the past year have not been able to get up on time. I am constantly running late and late for work. Whenever I hear the alarm clock go off I simply hit snooze a thousand times, i think to myself im gonna be late, and then roll over and say one more minute. I feel like the living dead when i get up as well. I have the worst time trying to fall asleep as well. My mind is constatly running and I wake up several times during sleep. I can not for the life of me figure out what my deal is. I go to bed at ten sometimes lay there for awhile I get plenty of sleep and can not get out of bed. I have tried getting less sleep and still can not get up and i have tried getting a ton of sleep and i just cant get myself out of bed in the morning. I am so tired of this, i would just once like to wake up when my alarm went off the first time and get out of bed. Help!!!
