b12 is helping my sleep disorderhi. i’ve had a delayed sleep phase issue for years, coupled with depression i don’t know which caused the other, but it probably doens’t matter.

Re: b12 is helping my sleep disorderI'm going to try this, it's 4:30am and I'm going to stay up until the bank opens since I missed it yesterday. I didn't know this problem had a name. I've have struggled all my life with this and at least found the perfect job, I own a bar and many times don't get home until 3:00am. But, then it's like I just got off work and don't go to bed until I have my down time, usually about 8:00am, and sometimes even later. Yesterday I woke at 7:30pm. I have obligations that are not getting done because of this. When I do get to sleep I usually wake up every 2 or so hours to go to the restroom or have some weird dream that will wake me up. When I really need to get up is when I go into the restfull sleep that will keep me wide awake all night and into the morning. So while I am out I will pick up the B-12.
