I used to think I had insomnia. I remember being 5 and sitting in my dark room wide awake at night - I have had this my entire life! I usually get tired around 3 or 4 am and sleep soundly to 11 or 12 when left to my own devices. I am currently in high school and get very little sleep as I am UNABLE to sleep before 3, so I took a spare morning block, which is nice.
