Desparately Seeking SleepI have always had a problem falling asleep. At first I thought it was insomnia. After looking at info on the web about insomnia, I stumbled upon delayed sleep syndrome. Every night I get in the bed around 8:30 pm or 9:00 pm and lay there looking at the clock eventually falling asleep around 2:00. Then I wake up at 6:00 to get ready for work.
