DSPDI have just been diognosed with DELAYED SLEEP PHASE DISORDER and have to get myself into a “normal” pattern. as like other people with the same problem i cant get to sleep till well after 2am and dont wake up till at least 3pm the following day. this has cost me my job my friends and my social life.
