Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome

Hi to all readers,
I was first diagnosed with epilepsy at age 12, and although I have we it figured out that my condition was based on sleep. If i didn’t sleep enough in any giving night, I would have a seizure shortly after waking up. Which was ok because I was a morning person and would wake up every morning at 7am happy, jumping in the shower and starting my day….
