Finally found something that works

I am 46 years old and have lived with dspd all of my life. I didn’t know it was a condition until my 19 year old son researched it. Hi Liz,

Is the adderoll still working to help you correct your DSPS? Your story sounds almost too good to be true. I have had DSPS since I was a child and it has been such a burden on my life. I've tried sleeping pills, melatonin, and just got a light box. The melatonin helps somewhat, and it is too early to tell with the light box. However, I am frustrated because nothing seems to work as well as I need it to. I've been to MANY doctors and sleep specialists and none of them has mentioned Adderoll...I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else as a treatment for DSPS on the internet either.

I think it's great that you found a doctor whose own daughter has DSPS, and that you found something that actually works for you. Is there a way that you could get your doctor's name to me?
