Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome

I won’t really elaborate on my story as it is for the most part the same as both of yours. But we’ll say I have 7 alarms set and normally I don’t hear 1. If I do, it’s the same story that I can’t physically get up for more than a second after I turn them off.
I’ve always dealt with this since high school just assuming the normal “not a morning person” type story.
