Mom with DSPS teenI just took my teen to Johns Hopkins Sleep Center after 5 years of being sent from specialist to specialist and being told it was depression among other things. He has severe DSPS. The sleep doc recommended bright light (at least 20 minutes outside) within the first hour of waking to help reset the body clock.
