Hey, I just read about DSPS and then in researching more about it came across your post here. Everyword of what you said, I can relate to. Tonight (this morning, actually it's 4 a.m.) I too feel like I could have cried. There is something so reassuring knowing #1. I'm not the only person dealing with this and #2. There is an actual diagnosis for what I have. I have always hidden the fact that I sleep until noon or 2 from people, except for those closest to me because it is considered socially unacceptable. Being able to potentially say that I have an actual condition (that I've been dealing with for almost 12 years now) will be very vindicating. I have an appointment with a doctor tomorrow afternoon (this afternoon, technically). I am hoping that, with what I know now, I will be able to move forward with some hope for overcoming this.
