This helped at one point…Like everyone else here, I’ve been struggling with sleep for as long as I can remember. It’s almost 5 am now. And I’m still wide awake. I might start getting a bit sleepy around 7 am. I don’t know how I survived high school and managed to work a bit before I’m self-employed.
