W/DSPS and happyI always knew there was something wrong w/ my sleep habit, but until tonite I had no idea it had a name.
I am in the restaurant busines, so late nights are perfect for me.Only if I have to work in the morning couple of times a week I get miserable. I generally go to bed between 3-6 am and get up 11-3 pm.My problem is even worse b/c I sleep usually up to 12-13 hours.I can function on 4-5 hours of sleep ,but then I have to catch up and I sleep about 18 hours.
