Re: you guys know how i feel!!Hello,
My son (15)has DSPS and it has been hard until I found this site. I have gotten his high school to allow him to start school at 10am. Course with a note from his neurologist (sleep DR).This is very helpful and no more morning battles. I have to work jobs that allow me to come in later in the a.m. so I can wake him and drive him. Now that Hes older and will be up at night anyway, I am thinking I can do some night hours too. Best thing to do is to work with what you have and do the night shift or try to work closer to your awake/sleep time. Ask around someone will help with your child. Dont ever think it wont work out, it will and time is the healing of all situations. Hang in there and welcome.
