I have read that some people do. Sometimes they need to repeat the proccess every 1 to 2 months. My sons sleep clinic doctor suggests moving the wake time instead of the going to sleep time. Take it slower than suggested in chronotherapy. If you normally wake at 4p.m. than for the next 2 weeks try waking at 2:30p.m. Then change it after 2 weeks and wake an hour and a half earlier. But we tried both ways with my 13 yr old son and it still got messed up. So now he takes 50 to 100 mg of TRAZADONE a night. This helps for some people.
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!
