DSS/a releaseI too suffer from delayed sleep syndrome. I think I've had it all my life really. I am now 29 , in school, and having to live with this. I wanted to say that the times I been able to sleep were after the times I had a release from grief(crying). Of course though no one can just do this anytime they want. Maybe it offers some insight to what we might need. I'm pretty sure that I could get control over my syndrome. It would take staying up two days and nights in a row then going to sleep say around 5 pm then sleeping til 6 or 7 am and staying up after that. That's the hard part though because I will probably still feel tired and if I have nothing to entertain me I will be very tempted to go back to bed. I may try it sometime soon. thanks. miller
