Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome

Last year there was about a week that went by that I was falling asleep
at night at a good hour and was getting up. The weekend came and I thought
I could sleep in. I shouldn't have slept in and ever since then I havent had normal sleep again. So the ablity
is in me. and thank you whoever or what ever was allowing this. Thank you.
