I canâ€™t sleep

I have severe chronic insomnia. Amitriptyline was prescribed after years of having trouble falling asleep. This was partially effective for 15 years or so but I needed to increase the doseage until I was at 100mg. My Dr. and I decided that I need to come off of this medication due to side effects.
