Insomnia and Female Hormones ConnectedI have found that fluctuations in hormones (whether PMS perimenopause, or just an imbalance of some kind) can definitely throw off my ability to fall asleep. I have done a lot of reading about hormones and my theories fit with what I read. I think it’s possible that hormone levels can affect men’s sleep patterns too, but I think it’s more an issue for women. I don’t know.
