Insomnia, hot flashes, night sweats

I have been suffering with chronic insomnia for 5 months with no relief other than prescription medicine. If you are suffering from insomnia and have hot flashes and/or night sweats, have a blood test to check hormone levels. Low estrogen is a cause of chronic insomnia.
