Hello there,

I live in South Africa and have been an insomniac for close to a decade and although I have tried several therapies and medications, I have always struggled to get a good night's rest. It is so depressing when you lie awake all night feeling tired, but just can't get any sleep. Then when you have to get up again, your body feels rested but your mind and brain is just useless. Medication has sometimes helped a little but then the effects wear off and I am back to staring at the ceiling when I should've been in dreamland!

About a year ago I came across a natural supplement that changed my life. Since I have been using this supplement I have had a good night's rest, almost every night and I only wake up when my alarm clock goes off! Usually I struggled to sleep for 3 hours per night on a good night - now I can easily sleep for 7 to 8 hours without waking up! What a difference this makes to the quality of life one leads! I never knew what it felt like to be energetic, but now I do. I am more motivated, I get excited more often, I am no longer depressed, my concentration during the day and at work has improved by leaps and bounds and life in general is wonderful!

I just thought I had to share this experience with everybody that struggles like me to get a good night's rest and hope that this information will be helpful to someone out there.

The company that produces the supplement is called Natucor. You should be able to buy from their website and I know they also have an order line that you can call.

Thanks for the information regarding Glutamag. I have ordered some. Does it do all that it says it does? All I want is consistent sleep, but there seem to be other benefits, too good to be true! Again, my thanks.

Hello again Jeric,

I have been using this supplement for about a year now and it definitely provides a number of benefits. I can cope with stress much better than before (not sure whether this is because I am sleeping better), but it definitely has a calming effect on me as well. My concentration ability has also improved and in general I would day that I am much better off with it than without it.

Hi James, Thanks for your interest. I have had trouble sleeping for several years, have battled depression and am bipolar. I've taken every kind of sleeping potion known, Ambien being the most recent. I don't like taking drugs to sleep. Melatonin seems to leave me groggy, and isn't all that sleep-inducing anway. So I'm hoping that Glutamag will do the trick.
