Insomnia, Lack of daylight?

Post a new topicby keonest on Tue Feb 05, 2008 7:19 pm

I have been waking up between 2:30 and 4:00 in the morning and cant get back to sleep. This has been going on just about every night (or morning) for about a month and a half and its driving me crazy. I just realized that Ive been working indoors a lot lately in a dim office with NO windows and I have a feeling that this may have something to do with it. I think this because I feel sleepy at work between 2:30 and 3:00 PM almost every day and I "feel" like its night time. Please help if you can
