List of things to help with insomnia...lets build a listthough it would good if we could get a thread going of ideas to get rid on insomnia as that is caused by my depression
1. Relaxation tapes before bed.........this has helped alot you can do a search and listen to some for free. 2. EFT tapping. I started doing this and i like it. There is a video on this blog near the bottom of page, www.cure-insomnia.blogspot.com makes it very easy to follow 3. Meditation.......many forms of it......counting sheep ect anyone have anything different they do? lets get some new ideas going now help me out with more suggestions? remember even if it doesnt help u it could be helpfull to others everone is different.

This way, it'll be easier for your body to go into a sort of sleeping mode. Also, reading a book while in the bed does help, at least for me. This is more effective when reading is done while laying down.
