Long Term InsomniaHello again. I had forgotten to mention that I have tried alot of other sleeping medications, such as rhovane, and zaleplon. I have gone to meditator and have tried several meditaions to help me fall asleep. I never drink coffee after 2:00pm. I don't read in bed or watch tv. This is why Im at such a loss as what to do next.
Re: Long Term Insomniayou shouldn't drink any coffee or caffeinated beverages at all! Also no alcohol or nicotine at any time. All of these can adversely affect sleep. A full evaluataion by a sleep physician is the best approach at this point.
