I can't fall asleep easily. Normally it takes me between 30 minutes to a couple of hs to fall a sleep. n anything can wake me up, I am a very light sleeper. I normally sleep 2 to 4 hs n wake up can't fall back to sleep several hs n it takes ever to fall back asleep. Usually I can't stop thinking (even if I have nothing in particular on my mind) stops me from falling asleep no matter how tired I am. Normally I fall asleep no problems in morning wake up in afternoon can't fall back asleep. When I wake up I wake up no problems, although, I am still groggy I have problems concentrating at work. has alway been a problem me. I have seen a doctor he said to cut back on caffine. didn't help. Do have any idea is stopping me from sleeping how I can fix it?

you seem to be suffering from insomnia. There are a lot of reasons for this which is very difficult, in fact impossible, to evaluate with a brief description. I would recommend you see a sleep specialists who might be able to figure out why you have this problem and what can be done for it. There are treatments such as relaxation therapy, sleep restricition and stimulus control that can help. Futhermore, there may be somethings that you are doing at the wrong time of day, such as exercising, that can be changed to help.
