sleep pattern off past few weeks I have not been able to sleep at night I sleep all day...I finally go to bed at around 8 or 9 am I sleep to around 3 or 4pm n take naps during day...I work nights (10pm to 4am) as a dj in a nightclub I have always been a late night person, fact i can't go to sleep at night is worrying me..is re a problem or is it just my night schedule cathing up to me?
Re: sleep pattern offMost people who work shifts, tend to revert bakc to a normal pattern on nights off. Caffeine late at night and other sleep hygiene problems can contribute to this. Insomnia can occur from a variety of reasons and it is impossible to say without a thorough eval. If it persists I would recommend seeing someone to look into this into detail.
