meditaionDuring my college days, I am not interested in meditaion.. But when I am doing my post graduate my mind is not in my hand and at that time I came to know about the meditation class commenced by srm.. All said that if I meditate I wont have any problems.. I agree with you that meditation has its own benefits it helps us be calm and lead a peaceful and focused life. .I was not dedicated once I started practicing meditation I enjoyed its benefits. I have been practicing meditation to manage stress, anxiety and depression.
