I find myself acting out dreams that involve my phobia…roaches! Anytime I dream there is a roach in the room I begin to act out the dream. Just last night I had a dream there was a roach on the ceiling. I freaked out and ran to the door trying to get out. The door was locked and I couldn’t get out. My wife was acting out her dreams by hitting &kicking me we went to a Sleep disorder Doctor & she was dianosed with REM SLEEP DISORDER she now takes meds for this condition it helps greatly.
