Since I was a child I have sleep walked and talked in my sleep. I am 33 yrs old now; I’ve been married for the last 10 years. My husband has told me that I talk in my sleep a lot. It’s usually gibberish, however sometimes it’s in actual words. I usually can hear myself talk in my sleep. I don’t usually realize I am sleeping when I’m doing this.
