I’m scared to sleep. i’m 17 and have been hurting myself the last 5 almost 6 years as i sleep. i see the same dream of being trapped in a box, well a room really and there’s nothing inside at first. the walls are blank and there’s nothing in the room except a single door and two windows on either side of the room. My husband also started signs of RBD at a young age...I believe he was about 17. He now takes carbamazepine and clonazepam. If he takes it consistenly he can go weeks without an "episode"...talk to your doctor. You should not have to suffer this way...I feel for you.
