My story began almost 3 - years ago during the final stages of achieving menopause and while taking an anti-depressant drug called Lexapro.

hey i have read that particularly in teenagers the use of trycilic antidepressents significantly increases the incidence of RBD. Im relativly new to the whole thing myself. If you find a miracle cure please let me know, im getting pretty desperate.

Check out melatonin. See the comment to the 1st posting for March 2009. The comment talks about using melatonin.
