I haven’t been diagnosed. I took a sleep test but it didn’t show up, however I began to have symptoms like those mentioned on this forum. I looked it up on the internet and saw that it is followed sometimes by Alzheimers or Parkinsons. I was desperate. I looked again and saw that someone had used Melatonin.
