I trust Doctors, but you have to research any condition yourself also.
I just came across a new study which says anti- depressants can cause RBD in Men over 50. This is what has been happening to me. I considered it serious when I peed in my bed and bit my lip while sleeping. One of the non-narcotic treatments is Melatonin. Although there has been controversy over Meltonian, I am going to try it and keep people posted on here.
