I have rem disorder for over 30 years and read online that taking zoloft at bedtime 100milligrams would control the outbirsts. It worked. I have no more sleep problems. My family Doctor prescribded the medicine for the sleep disorder. REM is the first stage of sleep which happens normally in the first hour.
