i heard of lucid dreams before but sleep paralysis came first ,its a terifying experience. i don’t know what causes it and i wish to find out.
i always thought that lucid dream is seperate thing from sleep paralysis, i am still looking for answers. last night i got sleep paralysis upon closure of my eyes trying t sleep, then i was sure i had a seizure how i don’t know HELP ME please…………
