REM Behavior Disorder

Was awakened at 11:oo pm by noise in the laundry area,came out and found 3 ind. neibors washing cloth in my machine,called my stepfather who refused to answer, after 3rd attempt to bring in the police they came and talked to the neibers,my stepfather said i was crazy, i counld not be dreaming because i went 3 times to the police station to egt them.???
