I have just had a sleep study and have rbd….I have been on anti depressants for a long time. I have had many sad things going on in my life and thought my dreams were from stress. I am a widow and have no idea when I have these episodes. I don’t even know I have them in the morning.

You sound just like my husband. He started on clonazepam several years ago and it has helped him. I think the side effects are minimal compared to what he was doing to himself. He does have to get it adjusted often, but it is helping.
