Two weeks ago while sleeping, I head butted her. I woke up when she yelled. Then last night I was dreaming that I was being attacked by wild dogs, and I punched her in the back and again, woke up immediately when she yelled. Boy did I feel terrible about it. I am 56 and this has never happened in my life till now. My research on line brought me here, and hopefully I will get some better understanding of whats happening and not have to buy twin or bunk beds.

good luck....I even bit my husband in my sleep and never knew it. I am now on medications which seems to help

My hubby does this to me - kicks me in the shins and swipes me one in the face. He dreams he is fighting. He feels so awful about it in the morning, or when I whack him one to wake him up and make him stop. I told him just yesterday that we'd have to get single beds . . .
