Sleep Apnea/About Pressure

Hi
I am trying to find out if my Cpap( which is set with the pressure at 10 and will go to 20) needs to be set higher.because I wake up and it is on 15 or above. I was just wondering if the pressure adjustment means I am having episodes and the machine needs to be set higher.
