REM Behavior Disorder

My husband was diagnosed about 5 years ago and also has SleepApnea. He has tried all types of treatment in the last year and nothing seems to totally correct the problem. He takes 1.5mg of Klonapin every night and has added at times Lexapro and now Lunesta. None of them work. He has no trouble going to sleep but only sleeps a few hours before the RBD takes over. Today he had to have 3 stitches in his head because he leaped out of bed. Does anyone have any suggestions ? PLEASE!!

I have the same thing but Klonopin works pretty well for me. Has your husband had his iron level checked? Mine was found to be low and doctor put me on iron supplements. It has helped but not cured RBD.
