My problem start in 1991 and otc would work, my body was growing a tolerance fast. In 1996 I was diagnosed with c5-6 compression which requried narcotics and surgery, my PLMD went away .. After I stopped taking narcotics, it returned!!! How I wish I could sleep . I did some research and found a drug called Mirapex. I tried it, it work great in the beginning .but I got used to it.
