I've had restless legs since I was 17 years old, I'm now 40. I'd try to explain what was wrong to doctors and they'd look at me like I was nuts. Then the requip commercials came on tv and from day one of starting the meds it worked. I've had a few bad nights of the last two years but nothing like it used to be. Forget to take the pill one night though and it's ten times worse. My mother, sister, brother and 7 year old niece have restless legs. My brother just started requip within the last few weeks and he says he wished he'd listened to me two years ago. Go to your doctor and try it. I've had no side effects what so ever except drowsiness right after I take it.
