PLMD - Time for Mirapex to Work?

Post a new topicby Jorel on Sat Aug 25, 2007 8:41 am

I just started taking Mirapex for PLMD. I was not getting any deep sleep as confirmed by two sleep studies due to PLMD. I just started Mirapex. I will appreciate your input. Tks!

Mirapex should start working immediately. If you do not experience an effect check with your doctor about increasing the dose. Good luck.

Hi. I was started on Mirapex and couldn't tolerate it , switched to Requip. I have it also documented on two sleep studies. 95 episodes per hour. I find it impossible to function because I can easily sleep all day every day. It is really frustrating.
