NIGHT SHIFT

JOB CAR FERRY WORKER ON BOARD SHIP

I WORK A NIGHT SHIFT OF 14 HRS WITH THE FOLLOWING HOURS 1930 UNTIL 0930 WITH 1 HOUR OFF IN BETWEEN AND THEN 1 WEEK OFF DUTY. I ALSO HAVE TO TRAVEL 20 MINUTES EACH WAY TO WORK ON TOP OF THIS.
DAY SHIFTS ARE 10 HOURS 0930 UNTIL 1930 WITH ONE WEEK.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK THIS 1 THE REASON I AM POSTING THIS IS TO ASK IF THERE ARE ANY HEALTH PROBLEMS WITH THESES SHIFTS AND IF SO WHAT ARE THEY
