Getting Help For Sleep Apnea

I have had problems with my sleep I think was after my separation. It took a long time to diagnose it but if it wasn’t for my Therapist I don’t think I would be alive today. My head was hurting so much it felt like it was going to explode. Today I have been surviving with my CPAP machine for 9 years.
