I am 53, heavy and am told I snore heavily. Coupled with other symptoms my friendly neighbourhood neuro-physician told me I had sleep apnea. The whole problem is India still does’nt have easily accessible sleep study centres what to talk of treatment….There are very few private docs running such centres and they are only interested in selling CPAPs.
